Install prerequisites

sudo apt install budgie-desktop
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:tista/adapta
sudo apt install papirus-icon-theme adapta-gtk-theme breeze-cursor-theme

Select Budgie Desktop from the top right of the login screen.

Run Budgie Desktop Settings
